Freelance specialist technical writers and editors play a pivotal role in the PhdAssistance business model (www.phdassistance.com) by ensuring client satisfaction through the creation and refinement of high-quality proposals, manuscripts, and evidence-based reviews, intended for publication in esteemed journals across various subfields of Cybersecurity. At present, PhdAssistance is seeking specialist freelance technical writers in the field of Cybersecurity, who possess a high level of proficiency in the English language (preferably as a first language, such as the USA, Europe, and UK). What will you do?

  • Utilize advanced tools and techniques specific to Cybersecurity, ensuring precision and accuracy in the content. This may include tools such as Nmap Aircrack-ng, Wireshark, John the Ripper, Ghidra, OpenVAS, Tcpdump, Bro/Zeek, YARA, Cuckoo Sandbox, Snort, Suricata, Nessus, Hashcat, OSSEC, Nikto, Burp Suite, SQLMap, Gpg4win, Metasploit Framework, Cain and Abel, Hping, Netcat, Kismet, Sysinternals Suite, Volatility, Nexpose, Wi-Fi Pineapple, Honeyd, ZAP (Zed Attack Proxy) encryption algorithms, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, penetration testing frameworks etc.,
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Cybersecurity to produce cutting-edge research content.

What do you need?

  • A Post Doc/PhD/master’s degree or expertise in the field of Cybersecurity, with specialization in relevant subfields.
  • Prior experience in research and writing, along with a preferred certification in academic writing, editing, publishing, technical report writing, scientific and technical communication, journal article composition, and more.
